Linda Julien
Linda Julien is the Broker and Owner of Megalopolis. With a distinguished career in real estate since 2014, Linda has made significant contributions to the Miami-Dade County real estate market.
Her expertise spans workforce housing, public-private partnerships, and collaborations with Community Redevelopment Agencies.
Linda's journey in real estate began in 2006 at One Fifty-One at Biscayne, where she worked as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Development. Her role involved focusing on workforce housing and public-private collaborations, which laid the foundation for her future endeavors. Linda is deeply committed to community engagement and economic development.
She has served on numerous professional boards, including:

• Young Professionals Network, Board of Governors (2022-2023)
• State Director of Florida Realtors (2022-present)
